President Salva Kiir and Dr Riek Machar are to meet in Khartoum on Monday for their second round of talks, says Sudanese Foreign Ministry.
President Omar al-Bashir will host direct talks between the two leaders on June 25, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
“Sudan will adopt all measures to ensure that the talks succeed,” it added.
A preparatory team from the Intergovernmental Authority on Development or IGAD is expected to arrive in Khartoum over the weekend.
It will be the first time for President Kiir and Machar to meet in Khartoum since the outbreak of fighting in 2013.
