Water for Lakes graduated seventeen water user committee members who have committed themselves to maintain boreholes in Gulmar Payam of Bahr el Gel County.
Water for Lakes one of the water sector that provide clean Water to communities of Lakes State, is funded by the governments of Netherland to support South Sudan government to implement the wash program in Lakes state.
Wash supervisor, Abraham Sebit, says they passed out 17 water management committee in Bahr el Gel County who maintain their water points, Good News Radio reports.
Sebit urges the community to manage water facilities even if the project ends the water point remains for the community.
The supervisor was speaking during the graduation in Gulmar Payam, Bahr el Gel County.
