Torit State Governor calls on the United Nations to rebuild and develop war affected regions to allow the displaced persons return home.
Addressing UN peacekeepers’ Day on Tuesday, Tobiolo Alberio Oromo, says the continued conflict led to massive destruction of infrastructures such as health and education facilities, Emmanuel Radio reports.
