IGAD says Intra South Sudanese dialogue moving well

Inter-governmental Authority on Development or IGAD Special Envoy for South Sudan has commented that the Intra South Sudanese dialogue and consultation is going very well.
 
Ambassador Ismail Wais says it will be recommendable if South Sudanese agree without external intervention to lead their country to peace and stability.
 
The Special envoy says if South Sudanese alone reaches a consensus, then it will be sustainable this time because the parties will be able to implement it.
 
Angelina Teny of the SPLM-IO is encouraging people to be hopeful that the process will reach a positive solution to bring lasting peace to the country.
 
The two leaders talked to the media in the sideline of the Revitalization Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
