Pupils of Christ the King Primary School have voiced their concern about girl child education in Yei River State.

They say educating girls leads to development.

The pupils urge parents to stop discriminating their children and focus more on equal education for both girls and boys.

Ilaru Judith the senior woman teacher stresses on the importance of educating girls, adding that an educated girl will not forget their home unlike boys.

The speakers made the remarks in an exclusive interview with Radio Easter on Thursday.
