Government spokesperson says the government will decide on other options apart from elections if talks with the opposition groups fails in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
But, Michael Makuei Lueth after the council of ministers meeting on Friday, did not mention the other options to be decided upon.
He adds that the government is still focusing on the High-Level Revitalization Forum schedule to take place this month.
Last week, the government has proposed change of the venue for the next round of the Revitalization Forum because of the political situation in Ethiopia, says the spokesperson.
However, Makuei says the government’s delegation is ready to travel to Ethiopia this month.
The next round of the High-Level Revitalization Forum is expected to take place on April 26 in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
