There is a need to form a security peace commitees, says Governor of Yei River State.
Emmanuel Adil while addressing the parliament says the committees will report their findings to their Payams and county authorities.
He adds that efforts should be exerted to restore peace and security in the state.
The governor asks for close working relationship between the stakeholders between the civil and the military personnel.
The governor was addressing the parliament on Friday following a three month recess.
