School materials being sold in markets, complains Director

Director for Logistics in the Ministry of Education complains that school materials distributed to Counties are always found being sold in the markets.
 
Umer Babikir Muktar says Education Directors in the counties do not give the materials to the targeted beneficiaries, Radio Don Bosco report.
 
Babikir warns that any person found selling scholastic materials in the market should face legal procedures.
 
He regrets selling of exercise books in the markets by educationists which he terms unlawful.
 
The Director directs organized forces to monitor all schools under Tonj if and make sure the sellers are brought to book.
 
He states that the parents do transferring their children from school to school due to lack of enough teachers in some schools.
 
Babikir encourages the school administration to pick the exact number of the students in the school.
