South Sudan is no longer a friend to the United States of America because of the threat of arms restriction on the country, says first vice president.
Addressing hundreds of citizens in Yambio town of Gbudue State on Wednesday, Taban Deng Gai, says the threat of the American government to South Sudan will not weaken his country. Anisa Radio reports.
‘American should support South Sudanese people to achieve peace instead of punishing them with sanction,’ He argues
‘We will continue our friendship with China and Russia, and we will do most of our businesses with them only.’ Gai concludes.
Taban Deng Gai arrived on Wednesday in Yambio accompanied with high delegation to witness the release of 311 former Child soldiers who were reunified with their parents.
