The governor of Tonj state is urging the newly appointed chairpersons for Human Right and HIV/AIDS Commissions to educate communities about the human rights and HIV/AIDS.
Akech Tong Aleu appointed Manyang Pagoor Mawien as the chairperson for Human Rights and Carlo Maluil Makuek as the chairperson for HIV-AIDs, Tonj state repsectivly.
He notes that there is a need for local community in Tonj to know more about the human rights and to be aware of dangers of AIDs.
