Police authorities in Wau says security in the town has improved

The Director of Criminal Investigation Department or CID in Wau State says the security situation in the town has improved.
 
Addressing hundreds of internally displaced persons in Wau, Lieutenant colonel Atot Bol Malek, confirms that all the security sectors have worked so hard to ensure restoration of the stability in the town. Voice of Hope Radio reports.
 
Bol notes that the Wau state police commissioner has instructed the deployment of a  joint forces in 16 stations around areas of south and western side of the town.
 
Bol called on citizens to collaborate with the security and report to them any suspected criminal activities in the residential areas.
 
He reveals that some suspects have been arrested over looting and they are under investigation. He says those found guilty will be tried soon.
 
Bol called the IDPs to return to their homes because the security is now been maintained.
