The Troika Heads of Mission in South Sudan strongly condemn the violations of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement signed on December 21.
In a statement CRN saw United Kingdom, United States and Norway share their deep concern about violations.
They call on all parties and field commanders to immediately end all military operations and abide by their ceasefire deal and unhindered humanitarian access.
The Troika heads also call on the warring parties to put the South Sudanese well-being ahead of their own narrow political interests.
Field commanders and their political superiors will be held accountable for violating the agreement, impeding humanitarian aid and hindering CTSAMM and UNMISS operations, the Troika heads of mission reiterate.
They commend IGAD for its leadership of the High-Level Revitalization Forum.
