Ruai Deng Ruai says some people are selling all their food commodities forgetting the hunger they had in 2017, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He advises everybody to budget for their products before reaching the market.
Deng stresses that food is more important than clothes.
The Union leader also stresses that drinking alcohol contributes to waste of food and money in a society.
Deng encourages communities to economize what they have to reduce hunger.
One of the sellers, Nyibol Umor Maroor, observes that the new generation does not know how to take care of their products.
