Listeners of Radio Don Bosco on Wednesday say use of telephones is fueling violence in South Sudan.

Victor Makuoth Aruop claims that some people are misusing phones to coordinate conflict among communities, Radio Don Bosco reports.

He urges the government to control the use of telephones.

Makuoth warns that it is very easy for people to kill themselves when telephones are being used to create conflicts.

He appeals to South Sudanese to live as brothers and sisters and stop coordinating violence over phones.

Another listener, Captain Kuol cautions everybody to make good use of phones to avoid violence among communities.
