Police authorities in Imotong State arrested a father and a mother for allegedly killing their nine-month-old child.
Major Jeremiah Fadiri Otoriang, Police Inspector reports that the child died when the mother became angry after quarreling with the father and she threw the child on the father, Radio Emmanuel reports.
According to Major Fadiri, the parents were under the influence of alcohol.
The Police Inspector says the parents will face the law.
Statement from the police says the parent regretted after realizing their child passed away after neck injury.
