Accept mistakes to prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ, a priest in the Catholic Diocese of Torit advises Christians.

According to Radio Emmanuel, Father Anthony Ubeo Gilo, urges citizens to forgive one another so that God also forgives them.

South Sudanese could be pure in life and spirit if they admit their wrong deeds, he adds.

Fr Ubeo says the country will still remain in darkness if South Sudanese do not accept change.

He says a true Christian is a happy person.

Father Ubeo discloses that having hope in Jesus will bring an end to South Sudan’s suffering.

He says absence of peace and reconciliation leads citizens to continue living in hardships.

The Catholic priest was preaching to the congregation during Christmas Carol mass at Torit State Hospital on Sunday.
