Peter Lokeng Lotone reveals that 11-year-old girl was kidnapped on her way from Chahari to Lobira village in a first incident of its kind in the county, Radio Emmanuel reports.
He calls on his fellow neighboring commissioners to cooperate to end child abduction.
Lokeng says the way of the abductors is not known.
He appeals to his communities to be calm while state governments intervene.
The commissioner made the remarks when UNMISS patrol Chahari, Kidepo Valley County.
