Civil society groups should have one voice to be heard and know how citizens feel, says Deputy Chairperson for Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission or JMEC.
Lieutenant General Augostino Njoroge advises civil society organizations that they can make substantial contribution in JMEC through effective participation.
He notes that the civil society has the capacity to make difference in the country.
Civil society organizations are the voice of citizens for the implementation of the peace agreement, says Andrew Shuruma, team leader of Democratic Governance and Stabilisation in UNDP.
He stresses that the citizens need effective collective voice from the civil society.
