The United Nation Mission in South Sudan mandate been change from nation building to protection of civilians, says minister of cabinet affairs.
 
Martin Elia Lomoro told journalists that protection of civilians without development it won’t bring peace.
 
He vows for the government readiness to dialogue towards achievement of peace.
 
Kevin Kennedy, United Nation Strategic Review team leader, says the secretary general directed that all major UN mission should be reviewed and the mandate.
 
The mission has four pillars protection of civilians, human rights, humanitarian aid and support to the political process of the revitalization of the peace, Kennedy quotes.
 
The officials were briefing journalists on Monday.
