The Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Tonj of the Diocese of Rumbek tells Christians to be wisdom seekers and not power or wealth.
Fr Paul Antimi acknowledges the love of God to his people on earth, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He adds that the season of Advent is to call for forgiveness for mistakes done in front of God.
Fr Antimi quoted Prophet Isaiah saying let us look into ourselves and rectify our conscious.
Though we sinned against God, He will forgive our sins if we come back to him and ask for pardon, he adds.
The priest was speaking to congregation of Tonj Sacred Heart Parish on Sunday in Tonj.
