Acting Director for HIV/AIDS Commission in Yambio is appeals to all citizens in Great Western Equatoria to go for testing and counseling.
Peter Daniel Kisira says it is good for everyone to know his or her status because it will help people prevent and get early treatment to live longer, Radio Anisa reports.
He stresses that citizens should mobilize resources together to continue fighting HIV/AIDS in South Sudan
Daniel states that the rate of HIV/AIDS in Western Equatoria region is very high and advises that people to protect themselves and be faithful to one partner.
He urges school children to be patient and stop earlier marriage until they finish their studies.
Daniel reveals that they have enough Anti-retrovirus drugs for treatment in the hospitals of Yambio, Nzara, Tombura and Ezo Counties.
