The Advisor of Yei River State governor of on Security Affairs urges citizens not to discriminate against the people with disabilities.
Muki Batali Buli says often times the people with disabilities have been nicknamed with names that resembles their experiment, Radio Easter reports.
He adds that when the impaired people are nicknamed it is a discrimination against them.
