WES National Dialogue Sub-Committee urges citizens to talk freely

The Sub-committee for National Dialogue in Western Equatoria urges citizens to prepare themselves to speak freely during the grassroots the discussions.
 
Pascal Bandindi, Chairperson for the Sub-committee, says they will visit all counties of the former Western Equatoria, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He promises that no single citizen will be subjected to arbitrary arrest or intimidation during and after the national dialogue.
 
Bandidi confirms that their committee has some transportation issues because UNMISS did not scheduled their flight to Western Equatoria till now.
 
Rose Angelo, one of the traders at Namaku Bookshop in Yambio, appeals to the national government to work hard for peace to prevail in the young nation.
 
She adds that citizens want the government to work on challengers they are facing in South Sudan currently.
 
Some citizens, in Yambio complain that ever since they have been talking about peace, but fighting goes on and people continue to suffer in the country.
 
On several occasions, Gbudue State government has been promising that peace is paramount and is its mandate to work for harmony now.
