The Bishop broke the news that Lutheran Church is preparing to open a seminary in Gbudue State early next year.
He confirms ongoing internet installation in Yambio County to be officially opened to the public after one month.
The Bishop made the remark in a telephone interview to Radio Anisa on Wednesday.
