A priest in the Catholic Diocese of Torit is calling on Christians to embrace the love of God among them.
Radio Emmanuel quoted Father Anthony Ubeo Gilo, saying Christians must love and be patient throughout their lives to receive Jesus Christ in their hearts.
He believes sins can only be washed away if Christians have understanding in their hearts.
Father Ubeo advises Christians to always pray for forgiveness of their sins and accept the word of God in their hearts.
He says wisdom leads Christians to the kingdom of God.
The priest urges Christians to offer their hearts in a true faith and follow God’s commandments.
Father Ubeo Gilo was preaching at Our Lady of Holy Parish in Torit on Sunday.
