Lino Leon Paride, the acting director for RRC in greater Western Equatoria says they came together with UNHCR to verify the number of returnees and refugees in the state. Anisa Radio reports.
He says they are registering the refugees displaced by war in CAR who are seeking refuge in Tombura state and they will transport them to Makpandu where they can access free education and medication.
‘We came with different UN families for different assessments in their respective field after which we will all submit the reports to the state high authority’ Leon adds.
He reveals the UNHCR will only provide little help to the returns because they are back home but will focus most on the CAR refugees.
