The Parish Priest of Our Lady of Holy Rosary in the Catholic Diocese of Torit has encouraged Christians to emulate the lives of all saints.

In his homily during All Saints Day, Fr Noel Uguagu narrated that Christians still have opportunities to change their lives approaches and become saints. Emmanuel Radio reports.

Fr Uguagu explains that All Saints Day is observed annually in the Catholic Church to remember and recognize the works done by the Saints.

He adds that because of too much evil in the world, Christians have lost good people and failed to recognize their good deeds.

The Priest states that the cost of canonization or putting somebody to be declared a saint is very expensive.

Fr Uguagu terms a saint as a repentant sinner adding that all believers have the opportunity of becoming saints.

He urged the Christians in Imotong State and entire South Sudan to repent and become saints.

All Saints Day is observed every November 01 annually.
