The Parish Priest of Our Lady of Holy Rosary in the Catholic Diocese of Torit is urging South Sudan’s authorities to discharge their duties with love.

Fr Noel Ogwagu expresses sadness on the war where South Sudanese view themselves as enemies without knowing they are brothers and sisters, Radio Emmanuel reports

He advises that the ongoing conflict requires peaceful approaches to solve.

Fr Ogwagu appeals to political and all types of leaders to do their work while prioritizing love for their people.

He adds that Christians should be guided by love as Jesus requires in the Bible.

The Parish Priest criticizes traders over fixing unnecessary prices in the name of insecurity which he describes as ‘unfair treatment of the poor community’.

He tells traders to be honest in their businesses to get blessings from God
