Police officials in Tonj state say the random movement of civilians at night is making it difficult for them to identify criminals.
Director of Criminal Investigation Department or CID, Captain Makuei Ramadan says the night patrol unit is reporting a lot of movement of civilians at night including women. Don Bosco Radio reports.
Makuei says nigh movement as from 10pm is not allowed in Tonj town.
He advises women to focus on their domestic duties and avoid involving themselves into unnecessary activities.
Makuei says security should be given a chance to crack down on night criminals in the town.
