The chief whip of Imotong State parliament Peter Otim Karlo has emerged the first MP during evaluation of Imotong State members of parliament in Torit.
The members of the August house were evaluated on how they render services to the community, Emmanuel Radio reports.
According to the civil Society Organization, evaluating MPs is to know complains rose by communities.
It is also to acquaint the communities to know the activities of the MPs.
Members of Imotong Assembly conducted series of presentations of their work to government representatives.
Cesar Urupi, the manager for Civic Engagement Centre says they were guided by seven values to determine the leading MP.
He says the MPs were assessed according to their work on how they represent their communities.
