Governors urge citizens to rally for peace in the country

The Governors of the two sisterly states of Imotong and Kapoeta in the former Eastern Equatoria are calling on citizens to rally for peace in the states and the country at large.

Governor discloses that the continuous war has forced many citizens to seek refuge in the neighboring countries.
 
Imotong state governor, Tobiolo Alberio Oromo says his government is ready to work for peace in the area.
 
Alberio warns citizens against posting hate speech on social media and says those found guilty will face the law.
 
The two governors assure citizens that the situation is calm in the states urging them to continue advocating for peace to enable displaced persons come back to their homes. 
 
Mary Cummins the UNMISS state coordinator encourages citizens to have hope for peace in the country.
 
She appreciates South Sudan citizens for being calm amidst difficulties.
