The Minister of Cabinet Affairs is encouraging South Sudanese to do good things and participate in sports or game activities to wash their faces from the shame of 2013 conflict in the country.
While addressing a gathering during the South Sudan Great Run marathon, Martin Elia Lomoro says war is not the best way forward.
He says the South Sudan Great Run brings people together from across the country as a symbol of peace and unity.
Elia says South Sudanese do not deserve to suffer.
He calls for the registration of the South Sudan Great Run as an organization to train citizens across the country to compete worldwide.
Elia hopes that the initiative should be done annually, hoping that South Sudan will one day run and win the world cup.
