The South Sudan’s Justice Minister, Paulino Wanawilla Unango has blamed the victims of sexual gender based violence for trusting westerners more than the government.

Wanawilla says there have been many accusations and allegation apportioned on the government but it has never denied allegations on violation of human rights in the country, Radio Bakhita reports.

Only victims have to report to the government for their issues to be rectified than telling the foreigners who will never solve anything. He said.

Wanawilla Adds that even the foreigners have started realizing that the government is carrying out some efforts to reducing cases of human rights violations in the county.

Human rights groups and activists working in the country reported many cases about human rights violations committed by both the government and the opposition during the four years conflict in South Sudan.
