Members of the national Transitional Legislative Assembly say executives have failed to analyze documents and bills but just sent them to be passed by the parliament.
Mabor Teny says passing the laws requires stability in the economy which South Sudan is facing difficulties to settle, Radio Bakhita reports.
He says they are been intimidated with executives in passing the laws and treaties in the parliament.
The MP adds that the government would pass the laws with reservations to enable the country recover from economic hardships.
Janet Aya Alex, another MP says the Deputy Minister of Finance failed to analyze the documents and clearly explain how the ministry will pay the subscription fees.
