Minister of Education in Wau State says private schools whose students failed in the national exams two times would be shut down.
Rukheia Madut Abdalla says some private schools in the last three years did not perform well in South Sudan and Sudan Secondary School Certificate exams, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Such schools will be closed down because they are destroying the future of the country, she adds.
The Minister calls on administrations of private schools to operate in all parts of Wau State to benefit all citizens and help in resolving education problems.
Minister Rukheia made the remarks on Tuesday during the announcement of the South Sudan and Sudan Secondary School Certificate exams results in Wau.
