Many roads have become too bad for vehicles to move and yet there is no construction company designed to maintain them, complains Chairperson of South Sudan Transport Union.
Jacob Lueth Achol told CRN that the condition of poor roads in the country is a big problem affecting travelers.
The leader says a lot of water resulting from the heavy rains covered all roads and many vehicles stuck on the way.
He explains that the vehicles normally take long to reach their destinations and even their fuel sometimes gets finished on the way.
Lueth says the Union wants to meet the Minister of Transport, Roads and Bridges, but is not in the country.
He says the purpose of meeting the minister is to discuss the issue of transport in South Sudan.
Lueth also promises to meet Nile pet to discuss problems of fuel scarcity in the country.
