Governor advises public to avoid staying in bars until late night hours

The Imotong State Governor is advising the public to stop drinking in bars until late evening hours to allow security organs curb insecurity in Torit town.
 
Tobiolo Alberio Oromo says staying in bars till late hours gives criminals an opportunity of robbing and killing innocent civilians, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
Respect the law and order as the first priority in the state, he advises citizens.
 
Governor Alberio urges arm forces to stick to their constitutional mandates of protecting lives of citizens.
 
He stresses that town patrol should only be left to police and security organs.
 
The Governor admits that criminal activities in the state keep rising since last year.
