The Legislative Assembly of Wau State on Monday passed the appointment of Deputy Governor and Mayor, says Minister of Local Government.
Ague Athaui Ague told the media after the endorsements was with the simple majority based on the recommendation of the local government committee.
The minister explains that MPs will go for their three-month recess and resume on December 28, 2017.
State Speaker Anyar Anyar Dor urges the members to used their holiday for the benefit of their people and the state and bring good reports from their constituencies.
