The Governor of Tombura State urges South Sudanese to stop war because it is destructive and cannot benefit them.
 
Patrick Raphael Zamoi says it is through peace that the people will determine their future and the development they need, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He notes that the proposed national dialogue is the only way South Sudanese can resolve all their grievances and live as one people.
 
Governor Raphael discloses that the South Sudanese refugees are living in difficult situation.
 
He appeals to well-wishers to build the capacity of the people working in the newly created state.
