Imotong State Governor acknowledges salaries delay contributes to the increase in high crime rates at the state and the country at large.
Tobiolo Alberio Oromo says some people take advantages of the economic crisis in the country by looting and killing others, Radio Emmanuel reports.
He says the crisis has made others to harvest people’s gardens, beat shop owners and ask for money which he describes as bad act in a society.
Governor Tobiolo advises citizens to endure with the situation while waiting for changes to happen in the state.
He was talking during women monthly forum in Torit early this week.
