We will work to improve security and combat crimes as a priority of the government, says Wau State Security Advisor.

Anthony Charles Ngberende said improving security will guarantee protection of citizens’ property and stability in the area, Radio Voice of Hope reports.

He adds that they would work with organized forces to open roads that link Wau town with other villages.

The Advisor confirms that, they will conduct meeting with leaders of security organs to build a security strategy for the state to restore law and order.

He reveals a plan to initiate anti-rumours order that would punish those who destabilize the state with gossips.
