The verification team and reception committee headed by SPLA Spokesperson visited Wau State to receive SPLM–IO force in Masena Taalip area.
Brigadier General Lul Ruai Kong says Chief of General Defense delegated them forces to receive SPLA-IO soldiers who joined the peace process, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Brigadier General Ruai discloses that 507 soldiers and 79 officers with different ranks with Major General as over all commanders returned after presidential call.
The Spokesperson says they will work with Wau authorities to identify a cantonment area to later reintegrate them to SPLA.
He appeals to those still carrying arms to denounce fighting and come back home for peace.
