Donald Okello says inclusive participation of all tribes in the peace process will bring about lasting tranquility in the country, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
He calls on the local population to fully take part in peace building process to realize development.
 
Okello warns that continuous hostilities will create fear among citizens and that life is uncertain without peace.
 
The project officer urges actors and institutions to include children in peace programs.
 
He says most children in the country are marginalized and left out from contributing to the peace process in the country.
 
Okello says by involving children in the reconciliation, development can be attained.
 
The speaker talked to Radio Emmanuel during the Primary Schools Cultural Dance Competition at AIC Primary School compound in Torit last Friday.
