The commissioner of Wunlit in Tonj State ordered people of his county to replace cattle looted from Luanyjang section.

Last week, some stole cattle went to unknown location and the Local Government traced the families of the looters and took eight cows from them to the rightful owners, Radio Don Bosco reports.

Commissioner of the area Samuel Gum Gak confirms handing over.

Gum says he acts like that to reduce cattle theft and tension of the people.

The government will trace the youth who steal cows and bring them to face the law, he adds.

The Commissioner vows not to entertain cattle raids in his leadership.
