Authorities of Wunlit County of Tonj State and a delegate from Maper County of Western Lakes discuss security issues and ways of controlling cattle theft in the region.
Commissioner Samuel Gum Gak of Wunlit says they and Rumbek North representatives met to target criminals stealing cows in the two counties, Radio Don Bosco reports.
The commissioner mentions that they assign youth leaders to identify criminals in the society.
Gum cites that lack of police force from the state would be deployed to counties soon.
The leader made the comments on Wednesday.
