The Chairman of Congolese Community says authorities refused them during any registration of food assistance in IDPs zones of Yei River State.
Charles Oba De Kpara Ingamundu adds that when refugees get to register in any area, the authorities will reply them they are not included, Radio Easter reports.
Refugees are just tolerating because of the situations in Yei, he complains.
Oba appeals to Caritas South Sudan and other partners to support them with relief as they were displaced from Congo to Lasu and finally settled in Yei.
He regrets difficulties in refugee life because of no access to other opportunities in Yei.
The Chairman was speaking to Radio Easter on Wednesday in Yei.
