The council of ministers passed the memorandum of understanding Chiefs of Defence of South Sudan and Ethiopia signed on cooperation, says Minister of Information.
Michael Makuei Lueth notes that the memorandum will be developed into series of agreements between Juba and Addis Ababa in all aspects of defence.
The Regional Protection Forces deployment has been allocated a land, but has logistical problems, says Makuei.
Some equipments of the forces started moving in and there will be two battalions coming from Ethiopia and Rwanda, says the spokesperson.
