Have legal procedures of selling medicines to the public, Director of Pharmacies in Tonj Ministry of Health urges drugs sellers.
Inyesio Ater Madut explains that according to last year’s evaluation only 16 pharmacies are officially operating in Tonj, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He says if someone is running a pharmacy, he or she must have a certificate from the state ministry.
Ater tells drugs sellers to better look for pharmacists to prescribe medicines to patients.
Last year the committee went for assessment and found that some pharmacies were using unlawful drugs, he cautions.
The director stresses that those who will be found using fake drugs will face the law.
