The Church must be strong always in preaching the word of God though there are challenges in the country, says Apostolic Administrator of Malakal Catholic Diocese.
Monsignor Roko Taban Musa says sermons during war gives people hope and purifies their hearts to denounce violence and live together in peace, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
He urges all catechists and priests to stand firm in preaching through challenges as Jesus Christ and the Apostles did.
Monsignor Taban says preaching during war restores hope to the faithful and helps them reach the right solution.
Preaching during the war time also creates mutual respect among individuals in various communities, he adds.
