SPLA soldiers killed two people identified as criminals in Wanhalel County of Tonj State on July 18 when civilians started shoot at the army.
The commissioner of the area Gordon Makuer Tiau says the incident happens after two bulls were stolen in Wunrel cattle camp of Manyangok County.
Makuer explains that when he got the information he sent an organized force to the place and the criminals started shooting at the soldiers, who defended themselves.
The Commissioner confirms that two criminals were killed, one injured and the two bulls were recovered.

He encourages the community to remain calm since the authorities will follow the case.
